Registered businesses are checked against CAC and earn a Business Verified badge. Solo professionals earn Profile Verified. New vendors appear straight away, clearly marked Pending Verification until their check clears. A badge means a vendor is legitimate, and reviews show whether they're good. You see both.
Reviews you can trust.
Only people who completed a confirmed booking can review a vendor, so ratings come from real events. Alongside stars, you'll see how many bookings a vendor has completed and how quickly they reply, and cancellations and no-shows are tracked quietly in the background.
No double bookings.
The moment you confirm a vendor, your event date is blocked on their calendar. And if a confirmed vendor has to cancel late, the other vendors you were already talking to are brought straight back up so you can recover fast.
